This two-part webinar is being held in partnership with the North American Transportation Employee Relations Association (NATERA) on March 26th from 11 am to 12 pm EST. 

1. The first topic is "Hot EEOC Issues in the Transportation Industry." This part of the webinar will cover issues in the transportation industry that are often seen and ruled on by the EEOC. We will discuss practices that need careful evaluation by HR Professionals and Employment Attorneys, including ADA, PWFA, and discrimination and harassment issues commonly seen in the transportation industry. It will include significant takeaways from our recent conversation with a current EEOC commissioner.
   
   
2. The second topic is "How to Reduce the Risk of Violence in the Workplace."  Unfortunately, violence in the workplace is a fact of life in the U.S.  Those of us in human resources and employee relations must develop processes and systems to proactively reduce this risk.  In this part of the webinar, we will discuss how companies can create analytical models to help predict workplace violence. We will also address how to comply with state and local regulations that require employers to create workplace violence response plans.
