We have been committed to positive employee relations since 1977. CUE is a non-profit, member-led community with the latest information on improving employee and labor relations.

CUE has over 200 member companies, both union and non-union, representing a cross-section of business and industry, from small firms to Fortune 500 companies. We are dedicated to the mutual support and professional development of our members in a personal and collaborative setting.

We believe our greatest asset lies in the shared experiences and expertise of our members.
