CUE 101: An Introduction to Positive Employee and Labor Relations

The CUE 101 webinar, co-facilitated by Katie Lev (Lev Labor LLC) and Fiona Jamison, PH.D (Spring International), will provide participants with an overview of the Labor Relations landscape while also discussing the important role positive/proactive employee relations plays in managing today's workforce.

This training will also provide attendees with an overview of the CUE Inc. organization so they can better utilize the resources provided by CUE to enhance their overall positive employee relations and labor strategies.

Topics to be covered during this webinar to include an NLRA overview, campaign process overview, collective bargaining agreements and de-certifications explained, political landscape and current NLRB composition, pending legislation and topics you may hear about at the upcoming spring conference.

This webinar is ideal for first time CUE conference attendees, those new to Labor Relations, or any HR practitioner that might want to "brush up" on the labor knowledge.

There are 2 SHRM credits available for this course, as well as a paid certification option. Upon completion, the certification option would allow you to receive the Basics of Positive Employee and Labor Relations certification from CUE.
